If you’ve found this post on Google or LinkedIn, chances are you received the email from MYOB stating that as of 1st January 2024, they will end support for issues arising from use of unsupported operating systems. As per the latest systems guidelines document, MYOB not offer support for issues that arise due to unsupported operating systems.

As part of MYOB’s ongoing security and quality commitments, from 1 January 2024, they will no longer provide support for Windows operating systems that are not supported by Microsoft. Whilst this may come as somewhat of a surprise, this is all part of the life cycle of a product. The first point is that yes, you will have have to update your system.
