Hourly Rates
Effective from 1 January 2026, Consulting Services and Support Services that not covered in the client's Success Plan are charged in 15 min blocks (or part thereof):
- For Premium Success Plan Clients: $185 + GST
- For Standard Success Plan Clients: $200 + GST
- For Basic Success Plan Clients: $225 + GST
- For Exo ES Plan Clients: $225 + GST
- For All unsupported clients (including Exo): $290 + GST
- For Customisation Services for all clients: $290 + GST
Travel Charges for onsite attendances within the Melbourne Metropolitan area: travel time is charged at $135 per hour + GST + expenses (e.g. Uber fare or $0.88/km car travel).
For all clients who do not have a current Success Plan or Onboarding Services Agreement with BusinessHub, a PAYG Rate of $290 + GST per hour applies.

For Services (other than Customisation Services) provided by BusinessHub Pty Ltd from 1 November 2022* onwards:
- For Premium Success Plan Clients: $165 + GST
- For Standard Success Plan Clients: $175 + GST
- For Basic Success Plan Clients: $195 + GST
- For Exo ES Plan Clients: $195 + GST
- For Onboarding Services: $195 + GST
- For unsupported clients (including Exo): $250 + GST
- For onsite travel time: $120 + GST per hour
For Customisation Services for all clients: $250 + GST
Travel Charges for onsite attendances within the Melbourne Metropolitan area: $120 + GST.
*BusinessHub increased its hourly rates with effect on and from 1 November 2022 after giving our existing Success Plan clients 3 weeks’ notice. The decision to increase our rates was made after balancing the need to cover our increasing costs of business and the need to ensure our rates remain competitive. This is the first rate increase since 2019.
