Our Advanced Success Plans

  • Basic Support Plan

    Critical support cases can be raised by phone. Non-critical support cases can be raised via the Customer Portal or emailing us. Annual plan fee applies.

    Inclusions

    • Access to BusinessHub’s Advanced KnowledgeHub of ‘how-to’ articles and release readiness tips
    • BusinessHub administers changes in your software licence with MYOB
    • We escalate any proven software errors you experience

    Exclusions

    • ‘How to’ support by phone/email
    • Access to Advanced Bootcamp after onboarding
    • Assistance with troubleshooting the cause of issues and errors (usually required before an error can be proven and escalated to MYOB/ISV)
    • System reviews
    • Customisations and consulting

    Exclusions charged in 15 min blocks.

  • Standard Support Plan

    Critical support cases can be raised by phone. Non-critical support cases can be raised via the Customer Portal or emailing us. Monthly plan fee applies.

    • Basic Support Plan inclusions
    • Discounted rate on support and consulting work

    Exclusions

    • One-on-one support with using MYOB Advanced or troubleshooting the cause of errors or issues’
    • Access to Advanced Bootcamp
    • System reviews
    • Customizations and consulting after onboarding

    Exclusions charged in 15 min blocks.

  • Premium Support Plan

    All support cases can be raised by phone, via the Customer Portal or by emailing us. Monthly plan fee applies.

    Inclusions

    • Standard Support Plan inclusions
    • One-on-one ‘How to’ support and assistance with trouble-shooting the cause of issues and errors (limit 30 mins per issue/related issues)
    • System review (limit 1 per 6 months, max. 3 hours per review)
    • Advanced Bootcamp

    Exclusions

    • More than 30 mins of support or troubleshooting assistance per issue or series of related issues
    • More than 2 system reviews per year
