ERP/MRP Implementation Consultant | Manufacturing Specialist

In this role, you will lead our clients in implementing MYOB Advanced cloud ERP in their mid-sized manufacturing businesses using your strong accounting and manufacturing systems knowledge. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project discovery sessions and delivering project plans
  • Process mapping and workflow design
  • Project management including managing project deadlines, risks and budget
  • System configuration and data migration
  • Form and report customisation
  • End user training focusing on client-specific workflows (to supplement and reinforce our online end user training)
  • Escalation point for post go-live support for first 30 days
  • Updating reports and dashboards based on live client data before closing out the project
  • Informative handover of the client to our support and success teams
  • 4+ years experience implementing a mid-tier ERP system for manufacturing businesses (MYOB Advanced, Acumatica, MYOB Exo, Pronto, Greentree, Sybiz, Accpac, SAP B1, Sage, MS Nav, MS GP, NetSuite)
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • SQL and report-writing skills desirable

ERP Support Manager (MYOB Advanced)

This role focuses on providing functional application support for MYOB Advanced cloud ERP + payroll + workforce management, and you’ll be responsible for:

  • Coaching our Support Consultants on how to investigate, trouble-shoot and resolve support cases.
  • Monitoring support case progression and resolution times against our internal service standards.
  • Receiving support escalations and resolving more complex software configuration issues.
  • Planning the delivery of proactive support around the EOFY and scheduled software upgrades.
  • Managing the development of our Advanced KnowledgeHub of ‘how to’ articles to streamline the client support experience.
    • 5+ years of providing functional helpdesk support in relation to a mid-tier ERP system (MYOB Advanced, Acumatica, MYOB Exo, Pronto, Greentree, Sybiz, Accpac, SAP B1, Sage, MS Nav, MS GP, NetSuite)
    • Strong understanding of accounting concepts and business processes (tertiary accounting/business qualifications are desirable)
    • Positive leadership style 
    • Clear communicator with a passion for problem-solving and new tech
    • Previous MYOB Advanced and payroll experience are highly regarded.

    Payroll Software Support Consultant (MYOB Advanced)

    This role focuses on providing functional application help desk support for MYOB Advanced Payroll and MYOB Workforce Management using your excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, backed-up by strong payroll knowledge and experience.  As you’ll be helping clients use cloud payroll and WFM software, you don’t need technical IT skills for this role.  

    In this role, you’ll have a career parthway to being a payroll software implementer (if that is your goal) and you will be responsible for:

    • Triaging, diagnosing and resolving support calls/emails relating to payroll and workforce management functions
    • Developing and improving our Advanced KnowledgeHub of ‘how to’ articles
    • Providing an excellent support experience as measured by ticket quality, call quality, resolution quality and timing, and overall client satisfaction
    • 2+ years using or supporting a payroll system for mid to large businesses (such as MYOB Advanced People, Sage Micropay, SAP for HR, Chris21)
    • Strong understanding of payroll concepts and processes (payroll diploma or Certified Payroll Specialist qualifications are highly desirable)
    • Friendly and professional, client-focused with a passion for helping others and solving problems, willing to learn with a curiosity for new technology, excellent communication skills, team player
